dr Agnieszka Karlińska

Head of AI at BearLake Group, CEO of Quantica Lab, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in designing and deploying AI systems, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs). She led the development of the Polish family of large language models, PLLuM, and their adaptation for public-sector applications, including the mObywatel mobile app. As part of the HIVE AI project, she also led pilot deployments of Polish LLMs across public administration.
