
For over 16 years, he has built his expertise at the intersection of new technologies, management, and public administration. He currently serves as the First Deputy Mayor of Rzeszów, overseeing the city’s IT, sports, property management, parking and marketplace operations, as well as public procurement. He also supervises the city’s PMO, coordinating the delivery of municipal projects.
Before joining local government, he gained experience on both sides of the market, working for major state-owned companies as well as private corporations. He led IT and analytical projects, implemented integrated information systems, supported DevOps teams, developed big data analytics, and delivered business recommendations for the e-commerce sector.
He began his professional career with a strong technical foundation, focusing on the preparation of tender documentation, overseeing system implementations, and ensuring operational continuity. He also worked on business process modelling in BPMN 2.0 and supported the implementation of enterprise architecture in the energy sector.
