Artificial intelligence is now a tool used both on the modern battlefield and in cyberspace. Together with experts, including military representatives, we will analyze how AI-based algorithms and systems are changing the nature of conflicts and influencing the conduct of military operations and defense activities. We will discuss the new capabilities that artificial intelligence offers to parties in conflict, as well as the challenges associated with defending against AI-enabled attacks. We will also discuss the readiness of the state, the military, and institutions to operate in a reality where artificial intelligence is becoming one of the key elements of modern security.
