Reliable information exchange is the foundation of a nation’s functioning, whether in times of peace, crisis, or war. Its continuity must be maintained regardless of the circumstances. Communications systems, though often invisible to citizens, play a crucial role in ensuring security and enabling an effective response to threats. Together with representatives of the Polish Armed Forces and experts, we will analyze how to design, develop, and secure communications infrastructure so that it remains fully operational even under the most demanding conditions. We will also address the question of how to build a national communications ecosystem that is resilient to electronic jamming, cyberattacks, and physical destruction, and that guarantees uninterrupted command and control as well as effective cooperation between the military, intelligence agencies, and state institutions.
