Poland has achieved significant successes in developing digital services for its citizens, becoming one of Europe’s leaders in implementing solutions such as mObywatel. At the same time, the continued digital transformation of the public sector involves numerous challenges, including institutional silos, the technological debt of parts of the administration, and growing cybersecurity requirements. During the panel discussion, we will discuss the directions for the development of digital public services, identifying key barriers and opportunities facing the administration. Together, we will attempt to outline a roadmap for the next stages of the government’s digital transformation, taking into account new technologies, the changing needs of citizens, and challenges related to security and digital resilience.
