Critical Infrastructure – Regulation, Accountability, and Public–Private Cooperation

The growing number of regulations – NIS2, the National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC), and DORA – is placing new cybersecurity requirements on businesses. Do they translate into a real increase in resilience, or primarily into additional obligations? During Cyber24 DAYS, we will focus on regulatory changes, new standards and methods for protecting critical infrastructure, the responsibilities of its operators, and cooperation between businesses, public administration, and security services. We will also consider whether Poland is prepared for a hybrid attack targeting critical infrastructure and key facilities across the country.
